-- Not knowing the TOS does not exempt you from it and is not an excuse.- I can change my tos in any time.- I can draw personals/art trades in between commissions.- You need to be at least 13 to commission me. The account you’re paying with must be yours or your parent’s who agreed of such payment.- You need to be 18+ to commission a NSFW art. I require photo of your ID with your date of birth.-I can deny your commision request with no said reason-Tips are very welcome before or after the work is done!-If you have any questions feel free to dm me on discord, I'm almost always online.PAYMENTS-PayPal (Bank transfers are possible for Polish customers).-Payment only upfront.-Commission must be fully paid in order for me to start drawing.-My prices are in USD and are non-negotiable.- I can charge more for complex design characters / complex clothes.REVISIONS- You can only make 3 free minor changes after the sketch phase, each bigger one will be charged more.
(it doesnt count if its my mistake)- Each big change will cost 5-(?) usd.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY-Waiting time is around 3 weeks to max 6 months, if something happens, i'll inform you about it.-Rush fee or deadline fee is 10 USD.- I dont finish comms in placing comm order. I make them when I have the inspiration to do. (Better results)USE- You can use my art for only personal use. Only exception is when ur selling/ trading your character that has one of my art.- Do not claim my art as made by you.- Always credit me as an artist/designer if you use my art.- I can use made art for examples on page or social media’s without given permission.REFUNDS- No refunds after I start working on your piece.- The only exception is when the fault is on my side.COMMUNICATION-Please, contact me on discord for a better quality and faster responses : @luther_brhADOPTABLES TOS-you can't sell my designs for more than you paid for it unless it has some new arts added-you can change the design freely but you still need
to credit me as a first designer-you can change the gender to your liking-you can't sell a design bougth for art/ocs for money, you need to make/commission more art for it to gain money value
